Purchased these for hubby for Xmas, hope he likes them 😊

The shorts are great. I wore them, washed them and even ironed them (inside out). Good construction. No shrinkage (cold wash, warm dryer). They're my second pair.

But my service experience was disappointing. I purchased the shorts 12-hours before I received an email saying the shorts were now 25% off. I immediately emailed via the form on the website. I asked if they'd consider including a cap in my order which hadn't been processed yet.

The cap was on sale so the difference between full price and sale price still gave Golden Breed a few extra bucks from my poorly timed purchase. And, since this was my purchasing decision, I wasn't going to cancel the order, get a refund, then re-order.

In a few days I received shipping confirmation re; the shorts and wondered if they'd surprise me or what. The shorts arrived, but no cap. And no email reply.

I've purchased from GB on several occasions (caps, shorts). Service has always been prompt and the gear of good quality. But no email reply to my request? That's the bad.

I'm aware that my choice to purchase was, well, my choice. Tough luck. Unfortunately, I didn't screenshot the form email for verification. I assumed that they'd receive the email and get back to me.

Usually I'd give GB 5/5 stars. But my career was built around service. It's my view that keeping a clear line of communication with the customer is critical to business sustainability.

Bought 2pair, Orange and the Off White, both fit perfectly and feel great. Purchasing and delivery process was easy and quick, thanks ✌️
