Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or search for “Golden Breed”.
How do I return an item?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days for metro areas, and a little longer for regional locations.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to dispatch orders, so changes aren’t always possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
That’s not what we want for you - we’ll sort it out! Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can organise a replacement or refund.
What is a pre-order and when will my item ship?
A pre-order means the item is on the way but hasn’t arrived yet. You can secure your size now and it will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
If you ordered in-stock items as well, those will ship first, and your pre-order item will be sent separately once it arrives.
