Item/s must be returned within 45 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Gift Cards may not be returned.
Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or credit note. Store-credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Golden Breed offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
GOLDEN BREED takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by GOLDEN BREED. If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@goldenbreed.com.au with your order details so we can arrange for the return. Once we receive the returned faulty item, we will either replace the item if stock is available or process a refund.
