We offer returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase.
Opt for Premium Checkout in your cart for $3 to receive free returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
- Item/s must be returned within 45 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
- Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or credit note. Store-credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Golden Breed offers Premium Checkout for an additional $3 to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Premium Checkout option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request.
- Customers who don't opt for Premium Checkout are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
- Golden Breed takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Golden Breed.
- If you have received a faulty item please email us at support@goldenbreed.com.au with your order details so we can arrange for the return. Once we receive the returned faulty item, we will either replace the item if stock is available or process a refund.
