How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days.
Delivery time:
- Metro areas: 1–5 business days
- Regional areas: may take longer
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.
Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $10.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - international shipping is available for $45.
Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, but may vary due to customs or other delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or search for “Golden Breed”.
If you created an account, you can also log in to view your order and tracking details.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days.
During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If so, we’ll let you know.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If no one is available to receive your parcel, it may be taken to your local post office or collection point.
We recommend using an address where someone is available during business hours if possible.
What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking updates will be available via the link provided.
If your parcel appears delayed, we recommend checking tracking first, as updates can take time to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return or exchange?
No stress! You can start a return or exchange in under a minute using our returns portal.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes and we recommend it. Exchanges are the fastest way to get the right size or item without waiting for a refund and placing a new order.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 45 days from receiving your order to lodge a return.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Are returns free?
If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping is free.
If not, return shipping costs apply and can be arranged through our returns portal.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
What items can’t be returned?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to dispatch orders, so changes aren’t always possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices may be displayed in your local currency depending on your location, however all orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout.
You can also use the currency selector in the menu to view prices in your preferred currency.
What if an item is sold out?
Our products are released in limited quantities and can sell out quickly.
If your size is unavailable, click “Notify Me” on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means the item is on the way but hasn’t arrived yet. Pre-ordering lets you secure your size before it sells out once stock lands.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Are pre-order dates guaranteed?
Pre-order dates are estimates. Sometimes items arrive earlier, and occasionally there may be delays - we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
What happens if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
In-stock items will be shipped first within the normal dispatch timeframe.
Your pre-order item will be shipped separately once it arrives.

Our most popular styles are released in limited quantities and can sell out quickly.
Pre-ordering gives you first access and secures your size before stock is available.
Faults & Issues
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
That’s not what we want for you - we’ll sort it out.
Please email us support@goldenbreed.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can organise a replacement or refund.
