How do I join Golden Rewards?
Simple - head to goldenbreed.com.au/pages/golden-rewards and hit Join Now. It's free, takes 30 seconds, and we'll send you a 15% welcome discount code straight to your inbox once you're in.
How do i see how many points I have?
Log into your account and head to the Golden Rewards page - your points balance is right there at the top. You'll also see your current tier and how close you are to the next one.
I made a purchase, but can't see my points. Where are they?
Points can take up to 24 hours to appear after an order is placed. If it's been longer than that and they're still not showing, flick us an email at info@goldenbreed.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Do my Golden Rewards points expire?
Yes - points expire 12 months after they're earned, so make sure you're using them. The best way to keep on top of it is to check your points history in your account dashboard.
Can I use my points in-store as well as online?
Yes - Golden Rewards works across all five of our stores (Noosa, Byron Bay, Manly, Flinders, and Seminyak Bali) as well as online at goldenbreed.com.au. Just make sure you're logged in or have your account details handy in-store.
What happens if I return a order?
If you return an item, the points earned on that purchase will be removed from your balance. If you used points to redeem a discount on that order, those points will be credited back to your account.
What are my points worth?
250 points = $15 off your next order. Points are earned at 1 point per $1 spent, so one decent order can get you there. Larger point rewards unlock bigger discounts - check the Available Rewards section of your dashboard to see what's on offer.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, head to your Golden Rewards dashboard, and click on Available Rewards. Choose the discount you want to redeem, and a code will be generated for you to use at checkout.
I have a welcome discount code and points to redeem. Can I use both?
Unfortunately Shopify only allows one discount code per order, so you'll need to choose one or the other. Our tip - use your welcome discount first on a bigger order, then start stacking points for next time.
Where did my reward go?
Reward codes are sent to the email address on your account when you redeem points. Check your junk folder if you can't find it, or log into your dashboard and check your rewards history. Still can't find it? Email us at info@goldenbreed.com.au and we'll help.
I have dropped a tier... why?
VIP tiers are calculated on spend over a rolling 12-month period. If your spend in the past year has dropped below the threshold for your current tier, you'll move down to the next one. Keep shopping and you'll be back up in no time.
