For International Orders:
- Delivery may take between 10 to 15 Business Days
- Occasionally customs inspections may delay delivery by a few days
- To enable us to complete your order, you may be required to supply the following information: A copy of your photographic driver's licence verifying your identity and billing address - if the billing address differs from the address specified on your licence, proof of address will be required in the form of a bank statement or other relevant documentation.
Terms & Conditions for All Orders
It is a condition of purchase that once shipped ownership passes to the customer as Golden Breed cannot be responsible for the parcel thereafter. We will provide tracking data to support the customer in locating the parcel in the event it is deemed slow or missing. Golden Breed cannot direct where the delivery person to place the parcel on your property, nor be responsible in the unlikely event a parcel is stolen from a letter box. Please consider having your parcel delivered to your work or post office box if you are unlikely to be home.
