1. Promoter
The promoter is Golden Breed Pty Ltd ("Golden Breed"), Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 11 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Golden Breed, its related entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form online via the Golden Breed website or provide their details in store during the Promotion Period.
Only one standard entry per person is permitted unless additional bonus entry opportunities are offered by Golden Breed during the Promotion Period.
Golden Breed may offer additional entry opportunities during the Promotion Period, including actions such as following Golden Breed on social media or making qualifying purchases. Details of any bonus entry opportunities will be communicated during the Promotion Period.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. Bonus Entry Purchases
If Golden Breed offers bonus entries for qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period, the following conditions apply:
Any purchase used to obtain bonus entries must be completed and not returned or refunded.
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason, any bonus entries associated with that purchase will be deemed invalid and removed from the giveaway.
Golden Breed reserves the right to verify purchase eligibility before awarding the prize.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of:
One (1) Golden Breed digital gift card valued at $250 AUD, redeemable online at goldenbreed.com.au or in store at any Golden Breed location.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator on 12 September 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, Golden Breed reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Golden Breed reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry prior to awarding the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered as a digital gift card, sent via email to the address provided by the winner at the time of entry, within 7 days of being notified as the winner. The digital gift card can be used for purchases online at goldenbreed.com.au or in store at any Golden Breed location.
Golden Breed is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided by the entrant or by the gift card email being filtered to a spam or junk folder.
9. Personal Information
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to provide their contact details to Golden Breed for the purposes of administering the promotion. Entrants may also receive marketing communications from Golden Breed and may unsubscribe at any time.
Golden Breed will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available on the Golden Breed website.
10. General
Golden Breed reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Golden Breed reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
