Where are Golden Breed's walkshorts made?
Our range of summer mens walking shorts are proudly designed brand in Australia and then manufactured in a family-owned operation in Bali, Indonesia. Another great surf location.
Do you offer vintage denim? Or plan to?
Unfortunately, vintage denim shorts don't 100% align with surf culture, but we do stock a great alternative called Tommy Shorts - Blue. They're linen, cotton but definitely hit the spot.
Does your range of vintage shorts come with a warranty?
Yes, well, you have a 45 day return policy when you shop online with Golden Breed, but in the very unlikely instance where you're not happy with the quality, and if reasonable inline with the consumers act, we're happy to replace any defects. We want you to have a great experience with our brand.
Are Golden Breed's new shorts made with sustainable practices?
As a top brand in sustainable efforts, we work closely with an Indonesian, family owned manufacturing company for all of our retro / vintage clothing. When you shop vintage shorts, you're supporting a community of good people, who aren't being exploited by the fashion industry. We don't work with sweatshops; we have personal relationships with our suppliers and treat them like family.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 45 day return policy for all clothing orders online, but to avoid the effort of making returns, and sending items around the country unnecessarily, please check our size guides first. You'll find them on our products page.
Are the walkshorts that Golden Breed makes going to shrink?
All of our men's walk shorts within our collection are pre-shrunk and colour fast, but with particular materials, such as cords, they will shrink in the wash a little, and then release while you're wearing them. Colours will fade over time, as all clothing labels do, but faded colours fit our vibe. Dark colours aren't really our thing.

Does Golden Breed make any short shorts?
Short shorts are more of a late 70s / 80s era. It's potentially on the cards one day. But for now, we're focusing on long, loose fit surf inspired fashion.
